Tyler Repp Obituary, Death; – The individual who lost his life after being struck by a train in Fresno on December 30 has been officially identified by the Fresno County Coroner’s Office as of Friday.
The coroner’s office confirmed that the deceased was 27-year-old Tyler Repp, a resident of Fresno. Earlier reports from yourcentralvalley.com mistakenly indicated that the individual was 20 years old.
On December 30, 2024, officers from the Fresno Police Department reported that a man and a woman were walking along the train tracks near the intersection of Shields and Van Ness avenues at approximately 6:15 p.m. when a freight train approached them.
No additional injuries have been reported in connection with this incident, which remains under investigation.
