Elizabeth Kolba Obituary, Death; – The New Lisbon Police Department has identified the victim in what is now classified as a homicide investigation. Elizabeth Kolba, aged 33, was discovered deceased in a residence in New Lisbon on Monday, alongside two young girls, aged 12 and 13.
Authorities have confirmed that the investigation is currently active. Virgil Thew, a 47-year-old individual sought in connection with the homicides, remains at large and is deemed armed and dangerous. Anyone who encounters him or possesses information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact 911.
The police department is reviewing previously submitted tips but has yet to locate Thew.
